Mariana Nagy-Reis

Mariana is an Ecologist whose ultimate goal is to answer real-world questions and deliver tools tailored to guide conservation plans and science-based management. She currently works with the Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute (ABMI), where she leads projects with camera traps and species-at-risk habitat to support recovery strategies and facilitate restoration efforts in British Columbia and Alberta. She has previously worked with protected areas and private lands and has also been involved in several conservation projects in Latin America.
