Mariana Nagy-Reis

Mariana is a Wildlife Habitat Specialist whose ultimate goal is to answer real-world questions and deliver tools tailored to guide conservation plans and science-based management. She currently works with the BC Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resources Operations and Rural Development, where she leads projects with camera traps and species-habitat relationships to support on-the-ground applications and facilitate restoration efforts in British Columbia. She has previously worked with species-at-risk recovery, protected areas and private lands and has also been involved in several conservation projects in Latin America.
