Julie Thomas

Julie Thomas is a PhD candidate at the University of Northern British Columbia, where she conducts research on predator-prey dynamics of cougars and caribou in central BC. She is currently using camera traps to document the distribution and relative abundance of native and introduced cougar prey species. In the past, she studied wildlife occupancy in response to landscape disturbance in Yukon Territory with camera traps and acoustic detectors.
